DHCP Server

The nv unset commands remove the configuration you set with the equivalent nv set commands. This guide only describes an nv unset command if it differs from the nv set command.


nv set interface <interface-id> ipv4 dhcp-client set-hostname

Enables and disables the DHCPv4 client to update system hostname from the DHCP server. You can specify enabled or disabled. The default value is disabled.

Configures the network address lease time assigned to DHCP clients. You can specify a number between 180 and 31536000. The default setting is 600.
